Choose to use the Pre-made tempates
Once signed in, you will se the empty dashboard with an option to create a signature. Click “Add signature” and pick the Pre-made tempates. Also name the signature accordingly, so you can always get back and find the signature without any struggles. Once named, click “Create” at the bottom.

The app allows you to pick from 3 different design templates:
Choose your attributes
On the right side you will see a panel with pre-picked attributes that your signature will use in your signature. On the bottom of the panel you can see the rest of the attributes that you can add to your signature. All combined you can pick from following:
There are two types of attributes
Those, which are automatically populated from the Google Directory and are different for each user.
- Full Name
- Personal Email
- Personal Phone
- Home Address
- Personal Photo
- Job Position
Or attributes that are the same for every user and set set by you in the app:
- Company Phone
- Company Address
- Social media links (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Dribbble)
- Logo link
- Etc..
Add your social media
Add a link to your social media sites. You can pick from following:
Define your style
You have the option to pick:
Font type
Primary colour
Secondary colour
As for the colours, you can select the colour manually or add the specific HSL, HEX or RGB code:
Select users
The signature will be automatically published to all users on your primary and secondary domains in your Google Workspace. If you want the signature to be published on the selected people you can do it in the “Users” tab.
Select users manually
Here you can just simply pick the users that you want to have the created signature. The list consists of email addresses of all the users in your domain.
Select user by attribute
You can also select the user by a various attributes. For example a department or an office floor. If you select an attribute only the users with the same input in such attribute that you selected will receive the signature that you created.
Save changes
Before sending a preview or publishing signature it’s better to save the changes so you are always sure that you have the latest design tested or published.
Send a preview
To test the signature and its visual, you have the option to send a preview email to your mailbox.
Publish
If you are happy with the signature and you created the signature with all the steps, hit the Publish button.
Be aware that publishing can take some time as it is dependant on the amount of users you have in your domain. It can vary from few seconds to fe hours odpovídající to few users and up to thousands of users.
Once the signatures are fully published, you see a notification in the application and you will also receive a confirmation email into your mailbox.
To see the new signature in Gmail, you need to reload it. You can log out and log back in, or simply open Gmail in a new browser window.
