We've updated the Publish button with a improved functionality. Now, you can re-publish or publish changes to your signature without needing to unpublish it first, making updates quicker and more efficient.
2. Easy Access to Manuals
We’ve added a manuals button to every page, so you can instantly access helpful guides from anywhere within the app.
3. Bug Fix: Publishing with Archived Users
We fixed a bug that prevented the app from publishing signatures when an attribute was used for deployment, and one or more users in the selection were archived. The process is now seamless, ensuring all eligible users receive their signatures without errors.
4. New In-App Banner: Discover Our Services
Our Signature Manager will always remain 100% free—no hidden fees, no surprises. To support this, we’ve added a non-intrusive banner that highlights additional services we offer as a Google Workspace reseller. These include security, optimization, and expert support for businesses using Google Workspace. The banner is purely informational and won’t disrupt your workflow, ensuring you continue to enjoy the app at no cost.
