How it works?

Within the app you create a signature that represents your brand style and you choose the information that you want your signature to have. Such as, name, phone number, facebook link etc..

The Signature Manager for Gmail™ accesses Google Directory to fetch employee details and integrates this information into the signatures. Common data such as the company website URL is manually added within the app.


You also have an option create different signatures for various departments or groups, incorporating specific details as needed.


Who can use the app and create the signatures?

To sign-in, create the signature and publish it to your employees, you need to have the rights of Super Admin on your Google Workspace.


How to create a signature?

When creating a signature, you can include various attributes from the Google Directory or set universal attributes within the app. These attributes represent all data points in the signature, such as logo, name, and phone number.


When creating signature you can choose from two options:

1. Our pre-made template

Use our ready-made template to create a signature with a simple drag-and-drop interface. Customize fonts, colors, and add social media links. To create a signature from our pre-made template, use our manual.


2. Create fully customized HTML

Design your own signature using custom HTML, incorporating necessary data inputs. To create a HTML signature, use our manual.
