What’s New
Improvements to pre-made Templates
We’ve focused on enhancing the pre-made templates to make your signature management even more efficient.
Personal Photo Integration
You can now add a personal photo to your signatures. Simply select the attribute from the options. In the signature preview, you’ll see a placeholder that will automatically be replaced with the profile photo of the individual when the signature is published.
* This feature is now available only for pre-made templates. It will be available soon also for HTML.
Unified Attribute names with HTML
Attribute names in pre-made templates and HTML have been standardized. Whether you fill them in manually or they’re automatically pulled from the Directory, you’ll now find consistent naming across the board.Error Notifications for Signature Issues
We’ve added error notifications to highlight any issues in your signature. For example, you’ll be alerted if a template contains both a photo and a logo (which isn’t allowed) or if a social media link is missing.
Updated Templates manual
The manual has been updated to reflect these new changes, making it easier than ever to implement them.
